Relationships

Relationships can be our greatest trigger and our greatest teacher. Whether a friendship or a romantic relationship, relationships often reveal parts of us that can have difficulties with people pleasing, navigating difficult issues or conversations and setting boundaries. Our family of origin often has unseen consequences in our patterns of relating to others.

Some common experiences are:
  • Having difficulty understanding and articulating wants and needs in a relationship
  • Being stuck in patterns of conflict in relationship
  • Feeling uncomfortable in social situations

Therapy can help you gain confidence in expressing your needs in relationships and increased satisfaction in dating and/or relationships.  Therapy can help gain clarity and healing from patterns of relating to others that are unhelpful or unhealthy.
