I know that you want to be student leader who participates in all parts of your life with excellence. In order to do that, you need resources to help you be healthier, happier, and balanced. The problem is that balancing all the aspects of school and life can be draining which makes you feel overwhelmed and out of balance. I believe excellence starts with healthy mental health habits.
